2 men seriously injured in traffic accident in Kailua
Two men are hospitalized this morning after a two-vehicle accident on Kapaa Quarry Road in Kailua.
Emergency Medical Services said the 65-year-old driver of the car was taken to the hospital in serious condition. The 56-year-old driver of the dump truck also was in serious condition.
The accident occurred at 8:39 a.m.

No one ever speeds on Kapaa Quarry Road.
Narrow road with one lane in each direction, makes it a very perilous travel when the big trucks are approaching you from the other side.
