Police arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder tonight after a stabbing at a homeless shelter in Waipahu.
Police were sent to the Lighthouse Outreach Center on Leokane Street about 7 p.m. after the staff reported the man stabbed his wife in the back, according to police radio communications.
Security detained the man. The woman’s condition was not immediately available.
