What’s with police officers who have to resort to violence against a spouse? These individuals are trained to maintain the peace and tranquility of the community. Yet when relating to spouse all bets are off? With the Borges incident, his career in the PD hereafter is shot. No more promotion. Might as well turn-in his badge.
