The left westbound lane on Kalanianaole Highway between East Hind Drive and Nenue Street remains closed this morning as Board of Water Supply crews work to repair a 12-inch water main.

The water main break was reported around 1:45 a.m.

A water wagon has been stationed at 5307 Kalanianaole Highway for customers.

“INFRASTRUCTURE”! “THE RAIL”… “History comes around again to bite you like a louse in a hotel-room bedsheet, long after management was supposed to have sanitized the place.
Time to “take to the streets”. “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” Everybody knows that chunk of wisdom. But how many people are willing and able to remember what they need to, in order to understand what is unrolling before us now?” STOP THE RAIL!

This is so typical, and right on schedule, too. No worry. It’ll happen again on Monday morning about 6:00 am.

Too much pressure build up. Can’t BWS and HECO figure out how to regulate it?

Conserve water? Are you kidding me. BWS wastes millions of gallons.
