Police arrested a 16-year-old boy today after police said he restrained a 64-year-old man in a robbery in Palolo.

Another unknown male tried to take the victim’s money while the boy restrained the man at about 11:40 p.m. Saturday, police said.

A patrol officer located the boy in the area about a half hour later and arrested him for investigation of second-degree robbery. He was released pending investigation.
