A 57-year-old man was arrested Saturday after he assaulted an older man in the Halawa area, police said.
The suspect used a dangerous instrument to injure a 68-year-old man at about 7:30 p.m., police said.
Officers arrested the suspect for investigation of second-degree assault. He remained at the police cellblock pending charges today.
The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
