A magnitude 3.6 earthquake struck the Big Island near Mauna Kea at around 12:11 a.m. today.
The U.S. Geological Survey reported that the earthquake struck about 30 miles west-northwest of Hilo and about 5 miles west-northwest of Mauna Kea at a depth of 13 miles.
No injuries were reported.
