Florida State receiver gives jersey to autistic friend
ORLANDO, Fla. >> Florida State wide receiver Travis Rudolph reunited with Bo Paske today before the fourth-ranked Seminoles face No. 11 Mississippi.
Rudolph surprised Paske and his mother, Leah, by giving Bo a personalized Florida State jersey during an interview on ESPN at the team’s hotel.
Rudolph befriended Paske, a sixth-grader with autism, during a visit last Tuesday to Tallahassee’s Montford Middle School when he ate lunch with Paske, who was sitting alone. A photo was taken by a school resource officer and was widely circulated on social media as was Leah Paske’s Facebook post thanking Rudolph.
The Paske’s are attending the game after receiving tickets from Florida State. They will have dinner with the team this week but FSU football spokesman Zach Stipe said the logistics are still being worked out.

I love stories like this. Way to go Travis!!!
Great pass completion. Altruism to the autistic.
Thank you Travis – you have made me a Florida State FAN forever!! We will be cheering on the Seminoles…
LOVE IT!!! CLASS ACT!!!
With all the negative stories that we hear about players such as Manziel formerly of Texas A&M and Redfield and company of Notre Dame it is nice to hear stories of players like Rudolph who have done such a wonderful thing. Kudos to Rudolph. I have always liked Jimbo Fisher for the way he has handled his team and leading his team in prayer before games. Yes, there have been some stories regarding this team but but now I am a bigger fan of Florida State now.
Manziel is back at Texas A&M. Wonder if they going get special exemption and let him play for them. LOL…
