>> Due to erroneous information provided by the state Department of Health, a Page B2 story on Thursday mis- stated the number of confirmed hepatitis A cases in the ongoing outbreak. Six news cases this week increased the DOH’s tally to 282 cases. The DOH said the inaccurately reported total was due to an inputting error and the mis- take has been corrected.
