Hawaiian Telcom restores phone, internet service on Big Island
Hawaiian Telcom restored telephone, cellular phone and internet services including 911 after several hours of problems on the Big Island.
Hawaii County Civil Defense reportedproblems from Pahala to Hawaiian Ocean View Estates and up to Kailua-Kona this afternoon.
Hawaiian Telcom restored service by about 4:30 p.m., Civil Defence reported.
