5 registered sex offenders sought for not reporting

Bench warrants were issued for the arrest of five registered sex offenders who have failed to comply with registration requirements, Attorney General Doug Chin announced today.

The Department of the Attorney General charged Calvin Kuahiwinui, Jarvis Pilago II, Robert Caspino, Travis Baqui and Troy Pacheco with failure to comply with covered offender registration requirements, the department said in a news release.

The men allegedly failed to report information such as change of address.

The men were charged between August and November.

The charge is a Class C felony, punishable by up to five years’ imprisonment.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts should call the Investigations Division of the Department of the Attorney General at 586-1240.

Yes, they are convicted, they are adults, and they were suppose to register. SA needs to put out their picture. Doug Chin and the AGs need go out and hunt these guys down . Notice a trend recently here in Hawaii, lots of mainland sex offenders hiding here in Hawaii. That is backed up by U.S Marshall raids. I would not be surprised if some of them are hiding under Nimitz highway-under pass.
