Real tough guy assaulting a 69 year old female.
What a piece of XXXX …
as some claim, Waimanalo is a great community.
Think maybe you can keep him off the streets for a couple of years now
“you”???
I wonder if he’ll get the same judge that gave him a “break” when he was sentenced in 2011. The judge gave him 5 years for similar crimes instead of concurrent time he would’ve gotten. He served his 5 years, and look. Did the same thing. And, this time he assaulted an elderly woman. On one of the evening news, they showed a pic of her with a towel covering her bloody head wound. Our catch and release judges have job security. Probably told him, “See you in 5 years.” SAD…
And yet, it is illegal for us to shoot someone who invades our home.
Since one of the victims (the assaulted 69 year old) was over 60, if the perp is convicted he will be eligible at sentencing for having committed a crime against a senior citizen. Until the actual charges are all spelled out, and what class of crimes are involved, we won’t know what his mandatory minimum sentence would be (if he gets convicted).
That woman, whom I don’t know but see around the neighborhood, must be about 5 feet tall and 95 pounds.
“My boy is a good boy”
Yup his parents must be really proud of him.
Cut off his arms and throw him into a cell with 5 other dirtbags. IDGAF about over crowding.
