A visitor snapped pictures of high surf at Waimea Bay on Nov. 11. Waves from 10 to 15 feet are expected along the north shores of Oahu and Maui today as the National Weather Service extended a high surf advisory until 6 p.m.
Waves from 10 to 15 feet are expected along the north shores of Oahu and Maui today as the National Weather Service extended a high surf advisory until 6 p.m.
High surf is also expected along the north- and west-facing shores of Niihau, Kauai and Molokai today, along with surf up to 8 feet along the east-facing shores of Maui and Hawaii island.
The northwest swell is expected to diminish tonight.
