Three people were seriously injured in a three-car accident on Kunia Road today.

The accident occured about 11:30 a.m. at 94-1100 Kunia, where a 36-year-old man, 28-year-old woman, and 2-year-old boy suffered serious injuries and were transported to a hospital.

Emergency Medical Services personnel reported one person in a small-passenger vehicle was treated for chest and neck injuries, while a woman in a separate vehicle was treated for a laceration on the head and another person in that vehicle was treated for minor abrasions.
