Armed robber takes woman’s car at Aiea Loop Trail

A 54-year-old woman was allegedly robbed by gunpoint at Aiea Loop Trail on Monday.
Police are looking for a male suspect who allegedly robbed a 54-year-old woman by gunpoint at Aiea Loop Trail.
At about 4:25 p.m. Monday at the trail located at the Keaiwa Heiau State Recreation Area, police said the suspect clad in camouflage pants brandished a handgun at the victim and took her cellular phone and car keys.
When the woman walked back to the parking area, she discovered her black Kia Sportage missing. Police said the victim was not injured.
