McCully man confronts thief leaving yard with spoils

Police are looking for a male suspect who allegedly stole items from a resident’s yard in McCully.

At about 9:20 a.m. Thursday, police said the victim observed the suspect walking down the street from his yard with items belonging to the 40-year-old man. When the resident attempted to retrieve the stolen items, the suspect brandished an unspecified weapon and threatened the victim before he fled.

Police said there are no arrests at this time.
