Woman seriously injured in pedestrian accident in Kalihi
Emergency Medical Services transported a 59-year-old woman to a trauma hospital after she was struck by a vehicle while crossing the street in Kalihi.
At about 7:30 p.m. Monday, EMS said the pedestrian was crossing the roadway fronting Damien Memorial School at 1401 Houghtailing St. when she was struck by the vehicle.
Paramedics responded and treated the 59-year-old woman before transporting her to a hospital in serious condition.
