Two women were arrested Thursday in connection to promoting prostitution at the Dream Theraphy massage parlor at Kukui Plaza Mall. Keith Kaneshiro, Honolulu prosecutor, far right, looked over the premises after the morning raid.

Two women were arrested in the aftermath of a law enforcement raid of a massage parlor in the Kukui Plaza Mall on Thursday.

Both women were arrested at about 10:30 a.m. on suspicion of promoting prostitution and illegal ownership of a prohibited business, both of which are Class C felonies, authorities said.

Law enforcement raided a massage parlor called Dream Theraphy on the second floor of the building at 50 S. Beretania St.

Law enforcement apprehended the two women at two different locations, away from the massage parlor. One woman was arrested on the Kukui Plaza Mall property, and the other woman was arrested at her residence.

Investigators of the Honolulu prosecutor’s office, the Department of Homeland Security and the Honolulu Police Department were involved in the raid.

Honolulu Prosecutor Keith Kaneshiro arrived at the establishment Thursday during the raid. Chuck Parker, spokesman for the prosecutor’s office, declined to comment on the investigation. “We cannot comment on ongoing cases,” he said.
