Palolo Avenue reopened after critical crash

Police closed Palolo Avenue this afternoon because of a critical crash.

Police said the crashed happened about 2 p.m. and the road was closed between Ahinahina Place and Paalea Street.

A male was taken to the Queen’s Medical Center in critical condition, according to dispatch communications.

Police said traffic investigators were sent to the scene.

The road was reopened about 2:50 p.m.
