Boy, 16, arrested after taxi driver threatened in Kalihi
A 16-year-old boy was arrested in Kalihi Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening after threatening a taxi driver with a dangerous instrument instead of paying for his fare, police said.
The boy allegedly threatened the 38-year-old, male driver and “brandished a dangerous instrument,” around 4 p.m. when the driver requested payment for the ride, police said.
The boy was later located and arrested.
