Man, 24, arrested after attack on another man in Chinatown

Police arrested a 24-year-old man after he allegedly assaulted a 31-year-old man in Chinatown.

At about 7:25 a.m. Thursday, police said the suspect used an unspecified dangerous instrument and attacked the victim, causing “substantial bodily injury” to his upper body.

Police were called and the suspect was arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.
