The monthly arts celebration in Chinatown celebrated Black History Month festivities with an “In the Black” party celebrating African-American art and artists. The Arts at Marks Garage exhibited the works of artists Nicole Maileen Woo and Mark “Feijao” Milligan I, accompanied by spoken word and poetry by Lyz Soto and Zen Chambers and a drum and dance circle.
