Rapper Nelly approaches the stage for a concert in Iraq in 2015. A woman who alleges the rapper Nelly raped her on his tour bus after a performance in Seattle says he sexually assaulted two other women in England.

Nelly is reportedly under criminal investigation in the UK for an alleged sexual assault on a woman who claims the rapper masturbated in front of her and tried to force oral sex after a concert in December.

Police in Essex, England, told cops they have opened an investigation into the Grammy-winning singer in the wake of claims first put forth last month in an amended lawsuit filed by a previous accuser, TMZ reported.

The woman, identified only as Jane Doe 2, alleged in the suit that she met Nelly at a meet-and-greet after a concert in Essex.

She claimed the “Ride Wit Me” rapper asked her to stay behind after the two took a photo, and brought her to his dressing room. There, she said, he removed his pants and started masturbating in front of her while attempting to move her hand to his penis.

The woman said she tried to leave, but Nelly, 43, allegedly grabbed the back of her head and forced her to perform oral sex. She said she made her escape shortly after as he called her a “c — t.”

In light of the new investigation, Nelly’s attorney Scott Rosenblum said the rapper is “confident” that the claims “will be determined to be disingenuous” post-investigation.

“These allegations arose after Ms. Greene amended her suit for money to include a reference to these claims. The fact that the police are investigating these claims is not new information and Nelly welcomes a thorough investigation,” he told TMZ. “Nelly was accompanied by his girlfriend during this tour and she was at his side throughout.”

It was in Monique Greene’s amended lawsuit that Jane Doe 2 first put forth her allegation.

Greene sued the rapper in December for sexual assault and defamation, alleging he raped her after a show at a Seattle club in October.

The suit also included another allegation from Jane Doe 1, a married mother stationed in the UK with the military who claimed the rapper rubbed her leg and put his hand up her dress after a show in June 2016.

Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes Jr., filed a countersuit against Greene last month alleging she came on to him and lied about their encounter.
