Water service restored at Kahului Airport

Kahului Airport on Maui. The state Department of Transportation has reported no water service at Kahului Airport due to a water main break.
Water service at Kahului Airport has been restored following a water main break today.
The rupture occurred sometime before 8 a.m. today, impacting water service throughout the airport, according to spokesman Tim Sakahara of the state Department of Transportation.
Water was restored via a bypass valve at 9:25 a.m.
Restaurants that briefly closed due to the service interruption have since re-opened. Public restrooms are also operational.
