Man turns self in, arrested for attempted murder
A 30-year-old man allegedly struck a 31-year-old woman early this morning and later surrendered to police at the Kapolei station.
Police arrested him on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder.
The suspect allegedly struck his domestic partner with a deadly weapon at about 1:25 a.m. today, police said.
He turned himself in at 7:05 a.m., and police arrested him.
