Video shows man who threatened woman in Makiki elevator

Honolulu police are asking for the public’s help with identifying an adult male suspect who threatened a woman with a knife at a commercial building in Makiki.

Police said the suspect threatened the woman in an elevator at 1350 S. King St. at about 4:20 p.m. April 27.

The suspect and victim are not known to one another.

Police said no injuries were reported and the suspect is still at large.

Anyone with information about the suspect’s identity is asked to call 911.
