Suspect arrested in shooting of man on North Shore

Police arrested on Thursday a 22-year-old man for allegedly shooting a male victim Tuesday on the North Shore.

Police said the victim was shot at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday three times, and received “substantial, non-life-threatening injuries.”

The suspect was identified on Wednesday, and police were able to locate the suspect on Thursday. He was arrested in Pacific Palisades in Pearl City on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder and weapons charges, as well as on criminal bench warrants.
