A 40-year-old man has been charged with multiple driving offenses after police said he fled after he was seen trying to break into a vehicle in Kapolei.
A 40-year-old man has been charged with multiple driving offenses after police said he fled after he was seen trying to break into a vehicle in Kapolei.
The man was charged with excessive speeding, reckless driving, and harassment. His bail was set at $3,000.
Police said the man was seen trying to enter a parked vehicle at about 12:30 a.m. Sept. 14. He fled, but was later identified and arrested on Friday at the Kapolei Judiciary Complex for investigation.
He was charged with the driving offenses at about 5:30 p.m. Friday.
