ALS fundraiser set for Pali Lanes in Kailua

Pali Lanes bowling alley in Kailua will host a bowlathon fundraiser for ALS Foundation of Hawaii.

The ALS Foundation of Hawaii will hold a bowlathon fundraiser on Nov. 10 at Pali Lanes in Kailua. 

All of the proceeds will fund the establishment of an ALS Residence in Hawaii for people with the progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord.

There will be four 2-1/2-hour bowling periods with six bowlers per lane. Times are noon to 2:30 p.m., 3-5:30 p.m., 6-8:30 p.m. and 9-11:30 p.m. Sponsorship levels for the bowling teams are $10,000, $8,000, $5,000, $3,000 and $1,500.
