Joining them are H&T Burgers, ICING, an accessories and fashion jewelry store and Tony Moly, a Korean skincare boutique.

Beer Lab Hawaii, a local craft beer brewery, will offer small-batch brews at the mall’s Uptown Center Court. Dunkin and H&T Burgers will be on the second level of Pearlridge’s Downtown, along with Thinker Things, which offers toys and games for kids and kids at heart.

Recent tenants that will open at Pearlridge Center in November include Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, Jumbo Popcorn and Santa’s Pen.

Pearlridge Center, owned by Washington Prime Group Inc., is home to more than home to more than 250 national and local retail, dining and entertainment options, with a weekly farmer’s market.
