Decrease to 50% Dependance on Tourism, with or without CV19

Do you support or oppose the construction of the Thirty Meter Telescope on the Big Island and why?
There must be only “1” Telescope on Mauna Kea. First, completely remove EVERY Telescope on the Mauna. When that is done, then build TMT.
