>> The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation board voted 7-2 on a resolution to instruct HART staff to cease working on a public-private partnership and develop an alternate plan. A story on Page A1 Wednesday did not make clear that the vote failed because 8 votes were needed.

>> The Punawai Rest Stop, a homeless care facility, is located in Iwilei. The location was inaccurate in a photo caption on Page B1 Wednesday.

>> The city’s airport mobile lab has done 150 tests with a positivity rate of 6.6%. The rate was inaccurately reported in a story on Page A1 Tuesday.

>> Two counts against sexual assault defendant Todd Bruggman were dismissed in 2019 and he later pled no contest to a felony count and a misdemeanor count. A jury had been empaneled in Bruggman’s case and his trial had started in February 2019 when Circuit Court Judge Todd Eddins was informed that a plea agreement had been reached. A Tuesday story on B2 had incorrect information.
