No tsunami threat following 5.3-magnitude Alaskan earthquake

There is no tsunami threat to the state following a 5.3-magnitude earthquake off the coast of Alaska tonight.

The earthquake occurred 130 miles south of Sand Point, Alaska, and at a depth of 52 miles according to the U.S. National Tsunami Warning Center.
