UH baseball season tickets on sale

Season tickets for the University of Hawaii baseball season go on sale Monday, available at the Stan Sheriff Center box office and online at HawaiiAthletics.com.

The defending Western Athletic Conference champions will play 39 home games, with the season opener Feb. 18 against Oregon.

Ticket prices are $285 for lower level and $265 for mid-level. Upper level are $135 for adults, $120 for senior citizens and $50 for students, ages 4 through high school.

Chaminade to honor ex-police chief

Former Honolulu police chief Lee Donohue will be inducted into the Silversword Hall of Fame at Chaminade’s intercollegiate athletics gala Feb. 26 at the Pacific Beach Hotel.
