Boy, 14, arrested for assault in Kailua
Police arrested a 14-year-old boy for allegedly assaulting a 13-year-old.
Police said the assault occurred at 3 p.m. Monday in Kailua.
The older teen assaulted the suspect, causing the victim to suffer substantial bodily injury, police said.
The suspect was arrested today at 10:35 a.m. on suspicion of second-degree assault. He was released pending further investigation.
