Waianae man charged in identity theft case
A 63-year-old Waianae man was arrested and charged on suspicion of multiple counts of identity theft yesterday.
Hervie E. Messier, was charged with 10 counts of third-degree identity theft, a Class C felony. He was released on $2,000 bail, pending a date in state Circuit Court on Thursday.
