Police seek help in finding suspect in Waikiki elevator robbery

Police are looking for this man in connection with a July 16 elevator robbery in Waikiki.

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a man who robbed another man in an elevator last week in Waikiki.

Police said the man entered an elevator together with the victim at the Inn on the Park condominium at 1920 Ala Moana Blvd. about 2:45 a.m. July 16. When the elevator arrived at the victim’s floor, the man took the victim’s wallet and shoved the victim out of the elevator and later fled.

The robber was described as in his 30s with a medium build and brown hair. He wore a green long-sleeve dress shirt, blue denim pants, and black shoes.
