Hawaii island man found unresponsive died from cardiac arrest, autopsy shows
An autopsy has revealed that a 49-year-old man who was found unresponsive on a roof in Waimea on June 4 died from cardiac arrest, Hawaii County police said yesterday.
Barry Bokmej of Kawaihae had been pressure-washing the roof of a house. The person who hired him found Bokmej face down on the roof and unresponsive. He was taken to the Kona Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
