A 35-year-old Maili man who allegedly threatened on Dec. 3 his 24-year-old girlfriend with a shotgun was charged Wednesday.

Authorities charged Ryan K. Patricio with first-degree terroristic threatening after he turned himself in Wednesday morning at the Kapolei police station and was arrested.

Police reported that the woman and Patricio, who have a child together, were in a verbal argument at a Waianae Coast home when he allegedly brandished a shotgun and threatened to kill her and anyone else who got in his way.

Patricio’s bail was set at $25,000.
