Kuhio Avenue reopened after water main break
Kuhio Avenue was closed briefly in both directions early this morning between Walina and Seaside due to a water main break, according to the Honolulu Police Department.
The lanes were closed around 2 a.m. and reopened at 2:23 a.m. today.
