Suspect allegedly left kids in car during theft
Honolulu police arrested a 23-year-old man, who allegedly tried to steal from a business in Ala Moana and left his children in the vehicle during the theft.
Police said the suspect left the children in a vehicle with the engine running when he tried to steal items from the unidentified business.
Officer arrested him for an outstanding warrant and suspicion of theft. They also arrested him for allegedly leaving his children alone in his vehicle.
