Hawaii Kai man arrested for allegedly assaulting another man

A 50-year-old Hawaii Kai man was arrested Monday for allegedly assaulting another man in the Kahala area last month.

The incident occurred just before 4 p.m. Dec. 17 when the two men were arguing. Pollice said the suspect allegedly reached into the window of a car and grabbed and struck the 44-year-old victim. The police report did not say where the incident occurred in Kahala.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of unauthorized entry into a vehicle.
