The Aiea offramp from the H-1 eastbound has been reopened, Honolulu police said.
Police closed the offramp just before 1:30 p.m. until 3:23 p.m.
The Aloha Stadium parking lot is full due to today’s NFL Pro Bowl game.
Those planning to attend today’s game are encouraged to park at Leeward Community College. Parking is free and there is a free shuttle available to and from Aloha Stadium, police said.
The game starts at 2 p.m.
