Tiki bar pops up in Chester

Kathy Doering, left, and her husband, Richard Sullivan, of St. Louis Heights, spotted the Waikiki Tiki Bar while visiting Chester, England, last year with their English friend Joyce Arber, center. The Hawaii couple was on a trip to the United Kingdom and Europe.
