Probably have to run the water and sewer lines above ground. Spent all the money working on the Rail.
Third world vacation destination. No running water, no toilets, sporadic electricity, homeless urinating in public, busted toilets, vagrants, restless natives. Governor on vacation, Mayor more worried about his reelection, Police Cief under investigation.
But we may have Rail in the (distant) future!
Great
Definitely possible that it’s possible. Tough to verify on a Saturday though. Great headline SA.
