This year’s recipes: Kalbi-Glazed Pork Belly from the Oceanarium at the Pacific Beach Hotel; Waialua Chicken Wings, a mochiko chicken classic from the ’70s; School-Kine Spanish Green Beans, a standard from Hawaii’s school cafeterias; Kalua Pork and Green Onion Hash from Leeward Community College; and the Halekulani’s Macadamia Nut Cream Pie.
To order: Send $5 for each set of recipes, along with a self-addressed, stamped, legal-size envelope for each set ordered. Make checks payable to the Good Neighbor Fund.
