Convicted felon to appear in Honolulu District Court
A 34-year-old convicted felon, charged with attempted second-degree murder, for shooting at another man on Dec. 11 in Waipio is scheduled to appear in Honolulu District Court Tuesday.
Gary McCormick-Fesagaiga allegedly fired four to five shots at Roland Sefo, while he was seated in his SUV on Neal Avenue, clipping his shirtsleeve.
Sefo told police that a man, later identified as McCormick-Fesagaiga, got out of the passenger side of a Nissan Sentra driven by a woman, according to court documents.
He walked over to Sefo and allegedly fired shots toward Sefo’s vehicle.
Sefo then said he reversed his SUV and parked it fronting 535 Olive St.
The responding officer said he saw three gunshot holes in the front windshield and one in the front of the vehicle, and what appeared to be a bullet fragment in the left sleeve of Sefo’s T-shirt.
