Hawaii Prep players celebrated their win over Kamehameha-Hawaii in the Division II final.

‘Iolani and Hawaii Prep repeated as champions tonight at the The Queen’s Medical Center/HHSAA Girls Soccer State Championships.

‘Iolani defended its title by beating Pearl City, 1-0, in the Division I final at Waipio Peninsula Soccer Stadium. Mia Watanabe scored in the 39th minute for the Raiders (14-3-1), who won their third title in the last six seasons. Watanabe also scored the game’s lone goal in an 1-0 win over Mililani in Friday’s semifinals.

Hawaii Prep claimed its fifth consecutive Division II championship by beating Kamehameha-Hawaii 3-2. Jordan Zarate scored in the 47th minute to put Ka Makani ahead for good.

Emi Higgins and Kahele Walsh also scored for Ka Makani (15-2). Kaila Ambrosio and Hiilei Wong-Yuen scored for the Warriors (12-5) in a game that was tied 2-2 at halftime.
