Letter: Residential zoning isn’t vacation rental zoning
Can someone please explain: What does residential zoning mean? Does being a veteran and retired with a mortgage somehow qualify the vacation rental owner-occupant for an exemption (“Target vacation rentals not owner-occupied,” Star-Advertiser, Letters, May 10)?
