Halawa off-ramp on H-1 East reopens after oil spill
Honolulu police have reopened the Halawa off-ramp on the H-1 freeway heading eastbound after Honolulu Fire Department personnel cleaned up an oil spill in the area.
The closure was first reported at approximately 8:15 a.m. today.
